Shiitake and chicken are really my favorite dish. They are soul partners. You must try them.
Step1:The meat of chicken leg is more tender (chicken breast meat is OK). First, bone the chicken leg, cut a circle around the chicken leg with scissors, cut the tendon, cut the bone and meat from top to bottom, and then cut into small pieces of shiitake mushroom (fresh and foamed dried shiitake mushroom can be cut into pieces for standby; green and red peppers cut into small pieces.
Step2:Add 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 spoon raw soy sauce, a little seasoned soy sauce, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon black pepper, 1 spoon corn starch and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot and heat it up. Put the marinated chicken into the pot. Stir fry until the chicken changes color. Put the mushroom into the pot and stir fry until it becomes soft. Pour in a scoop of raw soy sauce and a teaspoon of sugar to make it fresh.
Step4:Put in green and red peppers and stir fry for a while and then put in the juice. Don't put in the soup too dry. You can't use it to mix rice or noodles.
