Step1:Open fire and pour in oil. In a cold pot, stir in pepper, hemp pepper, ginger slices and dried pepper. Stir in the fragrance and pour out the ingredients.
Step2:Add minced garlic, Pixian bean paste and stir fry for two minutes. Add minced meat and stir fry until the color changes.
Step3:Add water to the minced meat. Cook for two or three minutes.
