I steamed a pot of steamed bread a few days ago. There are still a few left. Today, my baby is clamoring for a hamburger. But there are a lot of additives in the hamburger sold outside. I dare not buy them for my baby. Then use the leftover steamed bread that my chef's mother taught me to make a Chinese hamburger for my baby.
Step1:Take one of the remaining steamed bread. Pour some water into the steamer, put on the steamer grate and cover the steamed bread with the pot cover. Cook for 12 minutes (if you have an oven or microwave at home, you can replace the steamer) and simmer for standby.
Step2:Put a small amount of oil in the pan. Knock in an egg and fry it until it's set. Turn it over and fry it to the other side. Fry until it's golden and yellow on both sides and turn off the heat. Then put it into a dish.
Step3:Tear off the sealed shell of the lunch meat. Pour the lunch meat into the box. Use a knife to cut 2 pieces with uniform thickness for standby
Step4:Wash lettuce. Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the pot. Put the cut luncheon meat into the pot and fry until both sides are golden. Turn off the heat and put it in reserve.
Step5:Take out the steamed steamed bread in the pot. Cut it in half with a knife, spread a layer of salad dressing on the bottom evenly, and then put in lettuce once. 1 piece of fried meat for lunch and poached egg (put a piece of lettuce and squeeze a proper amount of salad dressing for each piece of food).
Step6:Just cover the other piece of steamed bread.
Cooking tips:1 - add the ingredients according to your own taste. 2 - if you have an oven or microwave in your home, you can use the oven microwave oven instead of the steamer to heat the steamed bread. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
