Step1:Mix all ingredients. Knead into a smooth dough. Knead until extended.
Step2:The dough is divided into five small ones. Round. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes.
Step3:Roll the dough into a tongue like shape. Roll it into a slender cylinder along the length.
Step4:Flatten one end.
Step5:The flattened end wraps the other end, forming a ring.
Step6:All the five dough have been reshaped. The room temperature of 22 ℃ is about 30 minutes.
Step7:Boil a pot of water. Add two spoonfuls of sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and keep it slightly boiling. Put in the dough and cook for about 30 seconds.
Step8:Put the cooked dough on a non stick baking plate. Put it in the oven with the temperature of 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes and then it will be out of the oven.
