Cooking tips:1. Drumsticks are better cooked. I like them a bit chewy. It's about 15 minutes after stewing. You can stew them a little longer if you like them soft. 2. There is salt in raw soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fermented bean curd. So I didn't put salt in them. If you have a strong taste, you can taste them yourself. If you don't have enough taste, you can put some good cooking skills.
