I didn't go out for the May Day golden week. Today, it's too hot to go out, so I'll stay at home and cook delicious food to comfort myself.
Step1:Cut chicken wings on both sides. Add wine, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger powder. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step2:Blanch chicken wings in cold water. Remove and rinse when there is a large amount of foam
Step3:Heat up the oil. Fry the wings until golden on both sides
Step4:Add a bowl of coke. It's OK without chicken wings. Cover the pot and cook
Step5:Boil the coke, pour in a scoop of old soy sauce, two scoops of raw soy sauce, one scoop of sugar and one scoop of salt. Add color and flavor, and continue to cook until the soup is thick.
Step6:Dish and sprinkle with scallion. The chili here is only for decoration. The Coke chicken wings with rich sweetness are finished.
Cooking tips:PS - it's debatable whether chicken wings should be blanched. I personally prefer to blanch. If they are cooked quickly, they can also remove fishy smell and blood. It tastes good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
