Step7:During the cooking process, I added some flavor to the sauce. I added a piece of rosemary, a spoonful of white pepper, a spoonful of black pepper, and 5g of butter.
Step8:Simmer for about 40 minutes. Thicken the sauce. Add salt at this time. It's the sauce for pasta. The salt needs to be a little heavier.
Step9:Start the pot and boil the water. Salt is needed in the water. Put in the pasta and cook it. I use the straight face. Generally, the pasta package will be marked with the cooking time. I cooked this one for 8 minutes, just in the state of pencil lead.
Step10:Take the cooked pasta, drop a little olive oil and mix well, then pour on Bologna sauce. Perfect.
Cooking tips:1. If the pork is ground by a machine in the butcher's shop, it must be agreed with the other party that it should be coarse foam. The taste of minced meat is worse. 2. If you don't like the taste of rosemary, you can leave it alone or use parsley instead. 3. White wine can be put into a small amount of white wine in the process of slow boiling.
