Step1:Put coconut milk, almond, onion, ginger powder, turmeric powder, lemongrass and 2G salt into food processing or blender. Stir until the contents are well mixed and smooth.
Step2:Heat a large non stick frying pan over medium high heat. Put salt and pepper on both sides of the fish fillet. Then put the skinless side into the frying pan. Pour the mixed sauce over the fish fillet. Spoon the seasoning on the fish with a spatula. Make it evenly dip in the seasoning. Then sprinkle with red pepper powder.
