This fried taro silk is in our hometown. Every family will do this to celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival.
Step1:Taro peeled and brushed. Ginger chopped.
Step2:Add flour to the above materials. Mix well after adding seasoning.
Step3:Then use chopsticks to hold taro silk. Taro silk should be loose so that it will be crispy when fried.
Step4:It's better to fry the pot by pouring more oil into it. Use chopsticks to test the oil temperature and see the bubbles. Then you can start putting taro silk into the pot.
Step5:When you fry taro, you must control the temperature. It's ok if you fry it until it's golden. When you eat it, you can bite it off and crack it. It's delicious with ginger and spicy taste.
