Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Razor clam spit clean. Blanch.

2. 

   Step2:Put the onion and the whole coriander in the oil. Bian becomes the onion oil. Take out the onion and coriander. Then put in onion, ginger, garlic, millet and pepper again.

3. 

   Step3:Add razor clam and stir fry. Add salt, sugar and oil wine and stir fry out of the pot
