This dish will look better if I buy lantern pickled peppers. But I go to the supermarket to buy them after work. So I use the pickled peppers in my own pickle jar.
Step1:Sliced pickled peppers, celery and beef fillet.
Step2:Add a small spoon of starch, chicken powder and half of egg white to beef fillet and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step3:Put the cooking oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, put the beef fillet into the pan and stir fry. Then add the small spoon of bean paste.
Step4:Then pour in pickled peppers and celery and stir quickly. Add some salt and start the pot.
Step5:Because the chicken powder was salted before, there was no monosodium glutamate or chicken essence in the end.
