I became a good friend with a British colleague of Indian origin when I was working in China. I went to visit her for two weeks last summer. I had authentic Indian food at her parents' home. I was very impressed by what they said - the so-called curry is actually mixed with various spices. We don't need those curry powder drops to make curry dishes. After this practice, I was convinced. In fact, it's not difficult. The key is to have all kinds of seasonings. Let's learn Indian food with me.

Cooking tips:Please consider the amount of salt according to your taste. The ratio of rice to water is indeed 1-2. But I put too much in this amount today. I'm going to try 1-1 next time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
