Step9:Add Chiba tofu, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well, and then put in Douchi spicy sauce.
Step10:Soya bean paste. Stir well. Season with sugar, chicken powder and pepper.
Step11:Put the potatoes in the dry pot. Heat it on the fire. Pour in the fried Chiba tofu.
Cooking tips:The sauce has a salty taste. No more salt. If the taste is heavy, you can put some in it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
