In addition to eating the shrimp raw and hot pot, today I tried the method of fried shrimp with oil from sea pie . I made a fried shrimp with oil .
Step1:Frozen Arctic shrimp is taken out of the bag. Thaw naturally.
Step2:Cut off the top part of the beard. Wash it simply. Season it with a little cooking wine and salt, then leave it for a while. Then use the kitchen paper towel to dry the water on the surface of the shrimp. Because it's fried in an oil pan, try to suck up the water on the surface of the shrimp.
Step3:Heat the oil in the oil pan to about 110 degrees. Sprinkle a spoonful of dry starch on the treated Arctic shrimp. Mix well. Shake off the excess dry powder. Gently put it into the oil pan. Fry slowly for about 35 minutes with a small fire (if the amount is large, the frying time should be extended appropriately). Fry until the shrimp shell starts to turn golden. The bubble in the oil pan starts to become small. Take out the shrimp and put it aside for standby.
Step4:Continue to heat the oil pan to about 170 degrees (high temperature). Put in the fried Arctic shrimp for another 12 minutes. In this way, the shell will be crispy and the color of fried shrimp will be better. Sprinkle salt and pepper before eating.
Cooking tips:Don't put too much salt. It's better to be light. It's just the right time to dip in salt and pepper. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
