Step1:The night before yesterday, I stewed the cabbage and meat rolls. In the morning, reheat it. Take out two meat rolls. Add some soup and put them into the heat preservation tube.
Step2:Boil in water. Add some salt and olive oil. Put the washed broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water in turn. Blanch and remove. Cool. Wash lettuce leaves with pure water. Use kitchen paper towel to absorb water.
Step3:Brown rice is made from the mixture of germ rice and white rice. Three rice balls are wrapped with plastic wrap when it is hot. A little salt reduced laminar silk is wrapped in the rice balls respectively. Unfold and spread the fresh-keeping film of the rice dumpling. Sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds on the surface of the rice dumpling. Then, squeeze the sesame seeds and the rice dumpling tightly with the fresh-keeping film.
Step4:Fried chicken nuggets - separate recipes later. It's better to fry things in the morning.
Step5:Loading. First load rice balls. Then load fried chicken and broccoli in turn. Cut the fruit and put it in the fruit box. Easy to finish.
