Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:1. Put the prickly bud into boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove the supercooled water. Wait for the prickly bud to cool thoroughl

   Step2:Take out the old buds and cut them into pieces. Put them into the plat

   Step3:Mash up 3 eggs. Put the cut spiny buds into the egg

   Step4:Add proper amount of edible salt and stir evenl

   Step5:Heat the oil pan. When the oil is hot, put in some pepper. Put in the beaten egg liquid. Stir fry
