Step4:Add ingredients and demoulding on the flat surface. Put them on a flat plate. Steam them in a steamer. Heat for a quarter of an hour. Insert the bamboo stick into the cake. When you take it out, check whether there is rice flour on the bamboo stick. It's proved that it's not ripe. It's not ripe.
Cooking tips:In fact, the amount of added water depends on the good rice flour dough. It needs to be a little sticky when pinched in the hand. Only in this way can the steamed rice flour not dry. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
