Step1:Wash and peel all ingredients. Cut eggplant, potato and green pepper into hob. Slice sausage. Chop ginger and garlic. Chop green and white onion.
Step2:Heat the oil in the pot and fry the potatoes for a while. Stir fry the eggplant until the eggplant and potatoes are soft and discolored.
