Step2:Leave a small pit in the middle of the mixed flour. Beat in the eggs. Add the milk. Mix well.
Step3:After the dry and wet ingredients are mixed evenly, preheat them in a non stick pan over medium heat. After the pan is heated, brush a thin layer of cooking oil or use some butter. Put some batter in each time. Wait for the edge of the pancake to bubble. About 1 to 2 minutes. Turn over with a spatula. Fry for another minute or so. Serve.
Cooking tips:Control the temperature. Don't fry, paste or cook well.
