Step1:Step 1 - cut the eggplant into about 5cm segments for use. 2 - heat the oil in a wok. Put eggplant in the wok when the oil is hot. Fry over low heat until it's yellowish and remove. 3 - turn to high heat. Put the remaining oil in the pot into mashed garlic, bean paste and oyster sauce and stir twice. Stir fry eggplant for a few times. Add half a bowl of water. 4 - collect the juice to make the pot.
