Step1:1. Wash chicken feet. Cut nails. Slice ginger. Pat garlic. 2. Bring hot water to a boil. Add ginger, wine and chicken feet. Cook for 13 minutes. 3. Remove the chicken feet and supercooled. Soak in cold water for about 15 minutes. 4. Pour vinegar into a large bowl. Add garlic, sugar, salt and pickled pepper. Stir until sugar melts. 5. Marinate chicken feet overnight. Super crispy.
