This mung bean cake can be used as moon cake filling and dessert filling if it is filled with more sugar. I use 150g white sugar. It's not sweet, it's light. If you like sweet, you need more sugar.
Step1:Peel mung bean and wash.
Step2:Put the mungbean into the pressure cooker, add 2.5 Jin of water, cover and heat it up. After gas rising, turn off the heat for 10 minutes. Boil in half an hour.
Step3:Boiled peeled mung beans. Peeled mungbean is very easy to cook. The pressure cooker will all crumble in ten minutes.
Step4:The blender makes mud. I use the mixing bar of the blender to finish it in the pressure cooker for a few minutes without washing a pile of utensils. The peeled mungbean sand is delicate because it has no skin. It is easy to be processed into mud.
Step5:Pour the mung bean paste into the pot. Add oil and sugar and start to fry. 1 jin of peeled mung bean will be fried faster in two pots. To be lazy for a while is to be quick but not to be quick. [you can also mix the mung bean paste with sugar into the microwave oven (divided into 3 bowls), heat it for three minutes, take it out and stir it, and then put it into the microwave oven with high heat for three minutes. In this way, each bowl is heated for 3~6 times in turn. Different microwave power needs to adjust the heating time and times. After the moisture in the bean paste evaporates, it will be quicker to add oil into the pot and fry it.
Step6:Stir fry the oil, sugar and bean paste in medium heat, and then boil it in low heat. Keep stirring to prevent sticking.
Step7:Stir fry until the bean paste is dry and doesn't touch the pot any more. When it's hard and soft enough, you can leave the pot to cool. The final product of 1 jin peeled mung bean is 2.8 Jin mung bean sand.
Step8:The green bean paste is divided into two parts. Add green tea powder to the half and mix well.
Step9:Green bean paste is rubbed into a small ball of about 12g. Green tea bean paste is rubbed into a ball of about 18G.
Step10:The green tea bean paste is wrapped in a pit in the middle. Missed to take a picture. It's basically the same as wrapping dumplings. The bean paste is easy to wrap.
Step11:It's good to use moon cake mold to press. I use a 50g square and garden moon cake mold. A 30g bean cake.
