I used to learn it for myself.
Step1:1. Add some pepper water and egg liquid to the shrimp. Stir with chopsticks in one direction until the meat is stuck. Add salt, scallion, ginger powder, soy sauce, seasoning with cooked oil and set aside.
Step2:2. Take a piece of flat skin, add some meat filling and put it in at an angle.
Step3:5. Pack them in turn.
