Ha ha. This is my husband's favorite dish. He doesn't even need soy sauce.
Step1:Wash shrimps. Put it into the sieve to drip dry water for standby.
Step2:Boil water in the pot. Put in some ginger and salt.
Step3:When the water boils, put in the prawns. Sprinkle some cooking wine along the edge. When the water boils slightly, the prawns can be fished out.
Step4:Add some white sugar, water and oil to the organic soy sauce and boil it. Use the saucer to dip it.
Step5:It's delicious when it's hot.
