Step1:Peel off the shell of the bamboo shoot and wash it. Pat the bamboo shoot with the back of the knife. Then change the length of the knife. Blanch the bamboo shoot for us
Step2:Heat the pot in high heat. Pour in the oil. When the oil is smoking, pour in the bamboo shoots and stir fry for half a minute. Then add in the raw smoke, old smoke and white sugar and stir fry for half a minute. Pour in the boiling water and turn it to a small fire to stew
Step3:Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn on the heat to dry the soup. Sprinkle chicken essence. Sprinkle some green onion. Mix well to make the pot.
