Of course, I can't let go of this classic braised noodles with tomato and bean curd, which I like to eat the most. It's done by myself. Please give me some advice if you think it's wrong.
Step1:The wet noodles bought from the supermarket. Steam them in a boiling water pan for about 10 minutes. Then we can cut beans and tomatoes.
Step2:Cut the beans into the same length as you like. Wash them.
Step3:I like to eat more tomatoes myself. You don't have to let the water down.
Step4:Cut the tomato into small pieces. It's easy to fry. If you don't like the tomato skin, you can scald it with boiling water and then ice it to remove the skin.
Step5:Put more oil in the pot. Put tomatoes and beans in the hot pot when the oil is hot.
Step6:Add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and other seasonings.
Step7:Stir fry until the beans are soft and the tomatoes are juicy. Decide whether to add some water or not depending on the amount of noodles. If you are not sure about the amount of soup, put the steamed noodles into the basin. Add some soup. Not much soup. It's sticky. It's not delicious.
Step8:Then mix them with chopsticks. It's better to mix the noodles in the amount of soup than in white. Then put the noodles back into the pot and steam. About eight minutes.
Step9:Then you can eat. It's delicious.
