When my mother was sick, there was a loofah left in the fridge. I made this dish by surprise. It was mainly porridge.
Step1:Slice Luffa. Dice preserved vegetables. Set aside. Heat up the pot with oil. Fry the garlic until it turns yellow. Smell the garlic. Remove the garlic.
Step2:Stir fry the preserved vegetables and the loofah at the same time. Stir fry the loofah until it is cooked. Add salt. Start the pot.
Cooking tips:Salt can only be used a little bit or it will be very salty. Preserved vegetables are salty. They have skills in making delicious dishes.
