I went to school on TV for this dish. I tried it successfully several times. Eat this dish to the large intestine, water to the bladder. No exaggeration. Especially suitable for people with constipation.
Step1:Wash and shred all ingredients. Then control the water.
Step2:Mix a little cooking oil first, then flour. Note that flour is not too much. It's OK to see flour on every shred of vegetables.
Step3:Boil the water. Put the mixed ingredients on the steaming drawer and steam for three minutes. Take out and cool naturally.
Step4:Mash the garlic and mix it with salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar and sesame oil. Too thick can add a little cold boiled water.
Step5:Finally, mix the juice with the cooled steamed vegetables and you can put it on the plate.
Cooking tips:Mix some cooking oil before steaming. Then mix some flour. The steamed vegetables will not stick together. They are fluffy. It's a pity that I didn't take photos during the process. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
