June is the season to eat lotus root. My favorite month at home when I was a child. This month means the beginning of a series of delicious food. July's tender lotus root, plum, Taiping fruit, cantaloupe... I really want to go home.
Step1:Break the lotus root tip into about 3cm long. Put it in the water. Take a chopstick. Stir it clockwise and anticlockwise. There will be a lot of lotus root threads after a while. Stir it for about two or three minutes. Put it in the water all the time to avoid blackening. Chop garlic into small pieces.
Step2:Heat the oil in the pot. Pour in garlic and lotus root tip. Stir fry for 20 seconds. Add a few drops of vinegar. Continue to stir fry. Add salt. Stir again for about 50 seconds. Serve. Enjoy it. Crispy and delicious.
Cooking tips:Be sure to put vinegar. It won't turn black. But don't overdo it. Avoid being too sour. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
