I like the taste of sticky sticky glutinous rice wrapped in dates and kidney beans. This kind of snack is called Zhen cake. It mainly comes from the special snacks of Xi'an Huimin street. Step1:Soak glutinous rice for half an hou
Step2:Wash jujube and steam for 50 minute
Step3:When the kidney beans are ready, drink red dates and steam them in the pot for 50 minutes.
Step4:After steaming the red dates and kidney beans, take a bowl with a cover. Spread a thin layer of glutinous rice on the bottom of the bowl.
Step5:Cut the steamed jujube in the middle to get the bear

Step11:Sprinkle some kidney beans.
Step12:Pour honey water on the steamed cake. Cover the pot.
Step13:Cover the pot. Steam for 60 minutes.
