Step1:Buy 500g longdou and cut the root and tip of the bean. Then wash it.
Step2:Then cut the longdou into about 4cm as shown in the figure.
Step3:Add some water to the pot. When the water boils, put in the cut longdou. Boil it for about three minutes. Look at the color of the beans and fish them out.
Step4:Pour out the boiled water. Put some oil (a little bit more) in the pot, and fry the cut ginger, garlic and pepper in the oil first. Then I put some pork slices with five flowers (because I like to eat the fried pork slices that are half dry and golden yellow) and then put them into the cut beans and stir fry them. Do not pour water in them.
