My own pepper and cabbage.
Step1:Stir fry shredded pork with ginger. Add some salt. Remove the smell of cooking wine. Note - cut shredded pork and put starch into it. Stir fry the meat until tender.
Step2:Pour in the cabbage and pepper and stir fry. Add some salt. Continue to stir fry.
Step3:Add a few drops of soy sauce and green onion for seasoning. The fried cabbage is almost ripe. You can taste the salt with the root. Continue to stir fry for two times.
Step4:Finished product drawing after adding seasoning and stir frying.
Cooking tips:Stir fry quickly in a big fire. Don't fry too much, or it won't taste good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
