It's expensive to eat fish head tofu outside. The quality of things is certainly not as good as the rest assured. My frozen tofu. It's better to use fresh North tofu.
Step1:Material preparation and cleaning. If the fish head is cut into two flower knives, use a little salt to wipe the inside and outside of the fish head and marinate for a while. Cut tofu into pieces. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into large pieces.
Step2:Heat the pot and put in the lard. Add in the pepper and stir fry. Remove. Put in the fish head. Fry over medium low heat until both sides are golden.
Step3:Cook the fish head in cooking wine over high heat. Then pour in a little vinegar. Cover the pot over medium heat and simmer for half a minute. Then add tofu. Add all the other ingredients such as onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce and salt. Add half a bowl of boiling water. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat. Turn the fish head over in two minutes. Continue simmering over low heat for three to five minutes.
Step4:Put some coriander on the surface of the fish head. Pour the soup on it. The delicious fish head stewed with tofu can be eaten.
Cooking tips:It's easy for me, but it's really delicious. Fried fish doesn't need lard or vegetable oil. It's just that the taste is not so delicious. Spicy fish can be added with chili in the seasoning. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
