Toothpick is delicious. No matter having a picnic or drinking at home, it's a great dish or snack. It's easy to do. Toothpick can be lamb, beef, pork, chicken. It's the same way. It'll be delicious. Do it for the weekend.
Step1:There is only beef in my family. So I use beef. Cut the beef into thick slices. Add some soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, salt, cumin powder, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder and a little sesame oil. If the beef is afraid to be too hard, put some egg white. Marinate for a while.
Step2:The pickled meat is folded in pieces and strung with toothpicks.
Step3:Put some oil in the pan. Fry the meat slowly over medium low heat.
Step4:Take out the fried meat and control the oil.
Step5:Hot oil in the pot. Stir fry chives, ginger, garlic and dried chili.
Step6:Stir fry the toothpick. Like the strong cumin flavor. Sprinkle some cumin and chili powder. Stir fry until fragrant. Stir in a little chicken essence to get out of the pot.
Step7:Sprinkle some coriander and sesame before leaving the pot. It will be more fragrant.
