Step1:Materials collection. Gilding slice ice water bubble soft. Butter water melting.
Step2:The digestive biscuits shall be broken into pieces with a wall breaking machine. If there is no wall breaking machine, the biscuits can be put into a fresh-keeping bag and crushed with a rolling pin until there are no large particles.
Step3:Melt the butter and add in the biscuits. Mix well.
Step4:The biscuits mixed with butter are poured into the 8-inch open bottom cake mold and pressed flat with a scraper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step5:When the bottom of the biscuit cools and solidifies, make yogurt mousse. Add the yogurt to the sugar powder and stir evenly. Beat the light cream with the electric eggbeater until it has lines. Then mix it with the yogurt and add 3 pieces of gilding tablets which are melted in water. Stir evenly.
Step6:Slowly pour into the cake mold.
Step7:Remove the surface bubbles with a scraper and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step8:After the yoghurt mousse solidifies, start to make the mirror part. Soak the salted cherry blossom in water in advance and change the water. Melt the sugar powder into a cool and white flower. Add the gelatine tablet which is melted in water. Stir well.
Step9:Pour the melted water into the mousse basin. The cherry blossoms are in the shape. Refrigerate for 2 hours. I usually spend the night.
Step10:Take mousse out of the refrigerator. Heat the towel in hot water and wrap it around the cake mold. Take it off after 30 seconds. Or you can take it off by blowing it with the hot air of the blower.
Step11:Is the finished product beautiful. The cherry blossom set off by the white yoghurt is more light. It seems to smell the cherry blossom coming with the wind in April. The light fragrance is fascinating.
