This mousse didn't use Geely. No fish glue powder or corn starch. I added a spoonful of Chia seed powder into the kiwi fruit. It had a gel sensation and a smooth texture during the mixing process. It was great and healthy.
Step1:Peel the kiwi fruit and banana. Cut the banana into 5 pieces for modeling first. Put the other fruit and kiwi fruit into the blender. Add 5g of Kiya seed powder and beat for 30 seconds with the blender.
Step2:Pour the thick jelly into the cup. Sprinkle some oatmeal. Spread banana slices to make the shape. Sprinkle chocolate and Chia seeds.
