Step1:Cut the back of the razor clam that has been cleaned with mud. Break the tendon behind it. This is to prevent the shell of razor clam from opening.
Step2:Pour a bag of salt into a square baking pan. Pour in rosemary and mix well (other spices are OK).
Step3:Bury razor clam in salt. Put it in the middle of the oven. Do it at 190 ℃ for 20 minutes.
