I can make this kind of toast. It's because there's a lot of soy milk in my family recently. So I borrowed master Liberty's recipe and added black sesame in it. This kind of toast has no eggs and no butter. It's pure vegetarian flavor. At first, I was worried about the taste. I didn't expect to cut it. It's super soft. Soft toast with crisp black sesame. The more you chew, the more fragrant it is. Friends who like vegetarianism must not miss it.
Step1:Get all the materials ready.
Step2:Put all materials except the primary corn oil and black sesame into the toaster. Knead to the expansion stage.
Step3:Add corn oil and knead to the complete stage.
Step4:Add black sesame seeds. Knead the back cover and put it in a warm place for the first fermentation.
Step5:Dip your finger in high gluten flour and insert it into the dough. If the small hole does not retract and the dough does not collapse, it will be the end of the first hair.
Step6:Let the dough out of the air and divide into 2 parts. Roll the back cover and relax for 15 minutes.
Step7:Roll the relaxed dough into an oval shape.
Step8:Turn the dough over and fold it inwards from 1 / 3 of the top to the bottom. Roll the dough out long and thin the bottom edge. Roll it up and down into a roll.
Step9:Put the rolled dough into the toast mold, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in a warm place for the second fermentation.
Step10:After fermentation. Oven 180 degrees. Lower layer. Heat up and down for 40 minutes.
Step11:Demould immediately after being put out of the oven. Cool it on the baking net and slice it for food.
