Bangkok has finally had a sunny day. It's too healing to open your eyes in the sun. That's why I like this city. Taro must be stewed and rotted to make sand. Let the crisp cabbage and the fresh mushroom be wrapped in soft.
Step1:Wash the ingredients. Cut the cabbage into sections (the stems and leaves can be slightly separated). Peel the taro and cut it into pieces (the organic vacuum I bought has been handled). Wash the Pleurotus (other mushrooms can also be cleaned).
Step2:Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the taro for about 30 seconds until the surface is slightly yellow.
Step3:Stir fry mushrooms.
Step4:Add salt, cover the pot and simmer.
Step5:When taro pieces can be pressed soft with a spoon, it means they are ripe. Put them into the stem of cabbage and stir fry. Then add the leaves and stir fry. Let the ingredients be covered with taro sand.
Step6:Add some raw soy sauce according to the taste. Turn it over. Turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
