All the ingredients in this soup are taken from the eighth floor by Xiaozai for me. It's so hard.
Step1:1. Soak all ingredients in water for 10 minutes. Wash them and put them into the soup pot. Please refer to my hair for the amount of water added. 2. Cut meat into pieces, wash and blanch, remove grease and blood foam, and then put them into the soup pot. 3. If you use the electric stew pot to stew the soup for 1.5 hours. If you use the casserole, please use the high heat to boil the soup for 1 hour. 4. There is no need to add soy sauce, cooking wine and large ingredients. Just leave the pot and put in a bowl and add a small amount of salt to taste. Remember not to add salt too early, so as not to make the meat hard.
