It's one of my best dishes. It's definitely better than KFC's spicy wings. I can make it at home easily.
Step1:Wash chicken wings. Cut two sides with a knife. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, salt, pepper oil, mix and marinate for more than half an hour.
Step2:Stir fried slices of ginger and garlic, dried peppers and pepper are ready.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. Put the marinated chicken wings in and fry them. Fry them until they are golden on both sides, and then put out the fat.
Step4:Stir fry ginger, garlic, pepper and pepper in cold oil.
Step5:Pour in the fried chicken wings and stir well.
Step6:Add half a spoon of sugar, one spoon of vinegar, two spoons of soy sauce, half a bag of spicy pot seasoning (it's sold in this supermarket. Any brand is OK). Because the seasoning is salty, don't put salt.
Step7:Finally, add the water that can't pass the chicken wings. Cover it and heat it for about 20 minutes.
