From snacks to home cooked dishes
Step1:A box of stinky tofu. Wash it and spread it on the bottom of the basin. I bought a box of about seven or eight yuan. A basin is just right.
Step2:Minced meat is mixed with green onion (to add fragrance), yellow rice wine (to remove fishiness), salt (to seasoning) and green beans (to increase taste). Step3:Spread the minced meat on the surface of stinky tofu. Naturally fill the space between each piece of stinky tofu. If there is too much meat, try to spread it thinly. It's too thick to be cooked easily
Step4:The water is boiled and steamed. I usually steam it for about half an hour in high heat. In the middle, I can poke with chopsticks to see if the meat is cooked. If I'm not sure, it doesn't matter if I steam more. It won't be old. Just be careful not to let the water dry
Step5:Finished products out of the pot. It's salty, delicious, convenient and nutritious.
Cooking tips:Stinky tofu is the Kwai Fu. Meat is for the sake of increasing the flavor. Love meat, put more food and make it tasty.
