Step7:Mix the cream caramel with corn oil. No caramel sauce. Just add some sugar properly.
Step8:Add oatmeal, coconut, sifted flour, brown sugar powder and dried fruit in turn. Mix well.

Step12:Use your hands to pinch hard. It's good to be a ball. If it can't be a ball, add some corn oil properly. It shouldn't be too wet.
Step13:I used the moon cake mold shape, and carried on the transformation to the moon cake mold.
Step14:See. The original mold is too deep. The thickness of the biscuit is not easy to master. After finding the thickness, fix the spring with a rope. The thickness of the biscuit is the same. I use a 25g mold. The fixed depth is about 5 mm.
Step15:Put the mixed materials into the mold and compact. Preheat the oven. 160 degrees. Heat up and down.
Step16:Place the compacted biscuits directly on the baking tray.
Step17:Bake at 150 ℃ for 10 minutes. Bake at 110 ℃ for 8 or 9 minutes. The color will not be too deep. Everyone has different tempers in the oven. The temperature setting is also different.
Step18:Serve or seal after cooling completely.
