Step1:When washing the pig's lung, connect the faucet to the lung and change it until the inside of the lung is full. Then squeeze the water clean. Repeat several times. The cleaned pig's lung is white. Then boil it for about 40 minutes. Pay attention to put the lung tube outside when boiling. Wait for the water meeting to appear froth from the tube.
Step2:This is the cooked pig lung.
Step3:Cut the pig's lung.
Step4:Shred the dried peppers. They are not easy to cut. I cut them with scissors.
Step5:Put oil in the pan. Stir fry a little more than usual. Stir fry in high heat until the pig's lung is hard. Add dried pepper. Continue to stir for two minutes. Put salt in and out of the pan.
