Step3:First melt the butter in water. Add 5g white sugar to the egg yolk. Stir well and then add the melted butter (it needs to be added several times, and it can only be added after the previous mixing). Finally, add 25g water. Stir well.
Step4:Sift 10g of Matcha and 30g of flour into the batter.
Step5:Mix well. Set aside. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Step6:Add 25g white granulated sugar to the protein. Beat.
Step7:Pour one third of the egg white into the batter in step 5. Stir evenly (from top to bottom). Take another third of the egg white. Continue. Finally, pour the batter back into the remaining third of the egg white. Stir well.
Step8:Pour the batter into the baking tray. Smooth it. Shake it vigorously for a few times. Drive out the bubbles. Then bake it in the 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
Step9:Take it out of the oven and let it dry for a while. Then sprinkle tea powder and sugar powder on it.
