Macarone is very popular in China. People always associate it with French romance and sweet love. Of course, there are rumors of girl's breast. In fact, makaron's ingredients are very simple. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:After mixing almond powder, sugar powder and lavender, mix well with blender. Break lavender flower by the way. SIFT for use.

Step5:At room temperature (about 4070 minutes), or when the oven is not heated and only the fan is turned on (1020 minutes), dry the pancakes until the surface is not touched by hands (this step is critical, otherwise the makaron will grow tumors.). Sprinkle some lavender dry flowers for decoration. Then bake.

  6. Step6:Bake at 160 degrees for 1213 minutes. You will see the small round cake slowly rising. Grow feet . Take out the oven before the surface of the round cake turns yellow. Let it cool. Make stuffing below.

  7. Step7:Beat butter that has softened at room temperature until it turns white. Then add sugar powder. Continue to beat.

  8. Step8:When the texture of butter cream becomes soft and fluffy, add milk and pigment, and continue to beat until even.

  9. Step9:Put butter cream in the cake and serve it.
