Step1:1. Soak cowpea, pickled radish, ginger and garlic and cut them into granules. 2. Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, put the chopped cowpea, radish, ginger, garlic and chopped peppers (I bought bottled green peppers) into the pot and stir fry. Then add half a bowl of water (small bowl for eating) and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Spoon tofu into the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes.
