There are only two kinds of fresh shrimps in the market, white shrimps and river shrimps. I bought half a kilo of river shrimps. I chose half of them with bigger head. I made a delicious and nutritious pineapple shrimps with pineapple and tomato sauce.
Step1:Cut off the beard of shrimps. Remove the black thread and wash. Use kitchen paper to absorb the water.
Step2:Add salt, white pepper and lemon juice to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step3:Wash pineapple slices and soak them in salt water.
Step4:Heat in the pot and pour in the oil. Heat to 6 or 7 minutes and put in the marinated shrimp. Fry until the color changes and take out.
Step5:Leave some oil in the pot. Add tomato sauce, white vinegar and some water to heat.
Step6:When it's bubbling, put in green pepper slices and shrimps.
Step7:Pineapple.
Step8:Stir fry until pineapple and shrimp are evenly colored. Drizzle a little soy sauce at last. Stir for a few times to get out of the pot.
Step9:Finished product.
Cooking tips:1. Shrimp is a kind of aquatic product with high protein and low fat. It is tender, delicious and nutritious. 2. Tomato sauce contains sugar. Pineapple contains a lot of fructose and glucose. So there is no need to put sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
