There are only two kinds of fresh shrimps in the market, white shrimps and river shrimps. I bought half a kilo of river shrimps. I chose half of them with bigger head. I made a delicious and nutritious pineapple shrimps with pineapple and tomato sauce.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut off the beard of shrimps. Remove the black thread and wash. Use kitchen paper to absorb the water.

  2. Step2:Add salt, white pepper and lemon juice to marinate for about 20 minutes.

  3. Step3:Wash pineapple slices and soak them in salt water.

Cooking tips:1. Shrimp is a kind of aquatic product with high protein and low fat. It is tender, delicious and nutritious. 2. Tomato sauce contains sugar. Pineapple contains a lot of fructose and glucose. So there is no need to put sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
