Step1:Soak mung beans in boiling water for one minute. Then mix with cold water to warm water. Soak overnight.
Step2:Two towels are folded into three layers. Take a piece of soaked water and spread it on the bottom of the drain basket. Spread the soaked mungbean evenly on the towel.
Step3:Put another towel on the mung bean. Cover it.
Step4:Cover it with a light shield. I use an apron. Bean sprouts change color easily when they see light.
Step5:Wash under the water pipe once a day in the morning and evening. Do not uncover the towel. The whole towel should be flushed to the water, and then pour out the water seeping into the lower layer of the drain basket. Cover it again. This picture was taken on the third day. The bean sprouts have grown high.
Step6:Bean sprouts grow in three day
Step7:It's time to harvest. Pinch a handful of bean sprouts horizontally. The bean sprouts and roots are disconnected. The roots are all on the towel. Towel Wash. It doesn't matter if there is any residual root. After washing and drying, the root will not disappear. These two towels can be used repeatedly to produce bean sprouts.
Step8:When the bean sprouts are floated in the water, they are separated. This is a good bean sprout.
