Step7:Close and roll it down to make a pancake. Then brush the pancake pan with oil, put the pancake in and burn it. Brush a layer of oil on the cake, too. Don't cover it. I tried. The layer on the cake without cover is bigger.
Step8:Do you see the big bag? It's so simple. At this time, you need to poke a hole in the big bag with chopsticks. Pour in the mixed egg liquid. I used two eggs. After all, the eggs are so expensive now. Save it. Of course, the local tyrant is free. If you like to eat onion, you can also pour the onion powder into the egg liquid. Pour it into the cake together. I don't like it, I didn't put it.
Step9:After pouring in the egg liquid, turn it over and then burn it. Both sides of the cake are golden and can be put on a plate.
